Method
- Heat ghee in a pan on low flame and add grated jaggery. Let it melt slowly.
- Once the jaggery melts, add cooked quinoa and mix well.
- Add chopped roasted almonds and cardamom powder. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Grease your hands with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small delight balls.
- Let them set for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can add pumpkin seeds or walnuts for extra crunch. Good for lunchbox snacks or as a pre-workout bite.
