
Vegan Hemp Seed Cookies

- Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, hemp seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add jaggery powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Combine to form a soft dough.
- Scoop small portions and shape into cookies. Place them on the tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges turn light golden. Cool completely before storing.
Notes
For crispier cookies, bake 2 minutes extra. For softer cookies, reduce baking by 1 minute.
