
Sprouts Burger
This Sprouts Burger is a healthy Indian-style burger packed with fiber, protein, and fresh vegetables. A perfect light meal for weight loss and clean eating.

- Mash the boiled sprouts and potato in a mixing bowl.
- Add onion, besan, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into round patties.
- Heat a pan and drizzle a little oil. Cook each patty on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Lightly toast the whole wheat buns on the same pan.
- Place lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bun base. Add the hot sprouts patty and cover with the top bun.
Notes
You can add mint chutney or homemade hung-curd spread for extra flavor. For a crispier patty, add 1 tbsp suji.
