
Chicken Tikka Wrap

- Mix curd, tikka masala, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Add chicken and coat well. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a tawa. Cook the marinated chicken on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Warm the whole wheat rotis. Spread a thin layer of curd and chutney.
- Place cooked chicken in the center. Add onions and capsicum.
- Roll the wrap tightly and lightly toast on the tawa for 1 minute.
Notes
Use hung curd for better marination. You can add cabbage or lettuce for extra crunch.
