
Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Crispy baked sweet potato chips made with simple Indian spices. A healthy, light, and easy snack for guilt-free munching.

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice sweet potatoes into thin, even rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Add slices to a mixing bowl. Drizzle oil and sprinkle all spices. Toss gently so the slices are coated evenly.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking tray. Do not overlap.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway, until crisp and lightly golden.
- Remove and let them cool for 5 minutes. They crisp up more as they cool.
Notes
Slice as thin as possible for best crispiness. You can also add chaat masala or roasted jeera powder for extra flavour.
