Classes are held live via video call at scheduled times. You can see the instructor and they can see you to provide real-time corrections and guidance. Recorded versions are also available.
Dedicated yoga coaching is included in our 6-month and longer plans. For shorter plans, yoga guidance and routine sheets are provided as part of the program.
