
Indian-Style Avocado & Tomato Salad
A quick, healthy and beginner-friendly Indian-style avocado and tomato salad — fresh avocado, ripe tomato, zesty lime and simple seasoning, ready in 10 minutes.

- Wash the tomato and coriander leaves. Peel and deseed the avocado.
- Chop the avocado into bite-sized cubes, dice the tomato, and finely chop the coriander leaves.
- In a mixing bowl, add avocado, tomato and chopped coriander.
- Drizzle lime juice and olive oil (if using) over the chopped ingredients.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper or red chilli powder as per taste.
- Gently toss everything so olive oil and lime coat all pieces, without smashing the avocado.
- Serve immediately for best taste and freshness.
Notes
Best eaten fresh — avocado tends to turn slightly brown if left for long. If you wish you can add finely chopped onion or a small chopped cucumber for extra crunch.
